What do I do when?

I have a fail ticket on my equipment

This means it failed the electrical safety testing process and is not safe to use. It must be removed from service until it is repaired. If it is unable to be repaired it should be replaced.

I have purchased new electrical equipment

Contact Jim’s Test & Tag to have someone conduct a testing before placing it into service. We have identified potentially hazardous new equipment.

I cannot find my reports

Our electrical testing services include reporting so simply contact Jim’s Test & Tag to have the copies provided to you.

I have an audit coming up

Check your records to confirm that all testing has been done in accordance with the required dates and that new equipment has been tested. Contact Jim’s Test & Tag if testing is needed, or to clarify that all is in order.
